Bins that haven’t been thoroughly cleaned recently or have significant buildup may require an Initial Deep Reset. Recurring customers receive preferred first-reset pricing. We’ll determine this automatically when you check your service options.

Your confirmed per-cart collection schedule determines which cart is eligible for service on each visit. Not every cart is necessarily cleaned on every visit.

Optional convenience when a scheduled bin still holds normal household trash: up to 2 normal tied household trash bags may be temporarily set aside, the bin is cleaned, and the bags are returned to your bin afterward. This is not a garbage haul-away or disposal service — loose trash, excessive waste, liquids, hazardous or prohibited materials, sharp objects, unusually heavy contents, or other unsafe conditions require assessment and may not qualify.
HOA, apartment, commercial and large-property service remains quote-based — .
If your scheduled collection hasn’t happened yet, don’t worry. We never penalize you for a delayed collection — your service is adjusted or rescheduled so the eligible bin can be cleaned after it’s emptied.

What is included?
Your confirmed service includes professional high-pressure interior and exterior cleaning, a sanitizing pass using an EPA-registered disinfectant according to label directions, and a deodorizing treatment to help reduce odor-causing residue. Results vary with each bin's condition, age, staining, embedded residue, access and prior maintenance, and service does not restore a bin to new condition.
Do bins need to be empty?
Yes. Leave your bins at the curb after your regular collection day. Our team handles the rest before you bring them back in.
How often should bins be cleaned?
Most households choose monthly service. Households with carts collected on different days or on alternating cycles use our Multiple Collection-Day plans. One-time resets are also available.
How much does residential service cost?
Monthly Service is $39/month for 1 bin, $49/month for 2 bins and $59/month for 3 bins cleaned during the same scheduled visit. Every 3 Months service is $69 per service for 1 bin, $89 for 2 bins and $109 for 3 bins. A One-Time Deep Reset is $99 for 1 bin, $129 for 2 bins and $159 for 3 bins. Households whose carts are collected on different days may qualify for a multi-visit plan — we determine that automatically when you check your service options. Optional add-ons: Additional Same-Visit Bin +$10, Specialty Contamination Treatment from +$25 (only with your authorization), and Bin Emptying Assist from +$15 per bin. HOA, apartment, commercial and large-property service remains quote-based. Existing recurring customers keep the rate they already agreed to.
What was the Pilot Program?
Our original neighborhood pilot phase has wrapped up and is closed to new participants. Existing pilot customers are unaffected. Monthly service, every-3-months service and one-time deep resets are the ways to start today.
